I am active in my community and facilitate a weekly DivorceCare class for those who are separated, considering divorce, or already divorced.  I mention this because it ties into my specialty in Divorce Real Estate.  I am currently the first and only Realtor® in the state who has earned the RCS-D™ (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist - Divorce™) designation.  And with the divorce rate at an all-time high, those in this situation need to have someone working with them who understands the emotional ups and downs, and has a working knowledge of the intricate details, while helping the process be as amicable as possible and representing the best interest of both parties as well as the house.
